The long since closed Cambrian Railway Works. Oswestry was once quite a rail centre and this works built much rolling stock and overhauled locos in addition to building a couple (or so) locos. It is now a fine antique furniture store. The chimney is a fine example - 150' tall with a square plinth and octagonal stack. We were busy bypassing Oswestry when the chimney pulled us in siren-like.
