Looking across land to dwellings that were all part of The West Grinstead Park Estate. The 1992 Sales Brochure summarised - "The sale of the West Grinstead Park Estate will be the largest division of a country estate in this part of Sussex since before the war. The Estate, as a whole, extends to about 2265 acres, and is to be sold in 70 Lots, comprising houses, cottages, barns with planning permission, farm buildings, dairy , arable and stock farms, accommodation land and milk quota".
