A late-Victorian detached house, in more recent times used as an accountant’s office, now agreed for sale. The agents’ brochure describes it as “This grand residence is situated on Chlorine Gardens which links the Malone Road and Stranmillis Road. Nearby amenities include Methodist College, Queens University and the Ulster Museum. The house will require replumbing as all the plumbing has been stolen yet it retains many delightful period features and when refurbished will result in a fine family home”. This photograph appears as a matter of record only. I have no involvement is the sale
