Portraits of four famous men with an association with Ramsgate. This painting of Frank Muir, Vincent Van Gogh, Karl Marx and the actor John Le Mesurier is one of many adding some interest to a hoarding screening a development on the Ramsgate sea front which appears to have come to a standstill.
