Curry Mallet is a very spread out village and the church is a long way to the south east of the main village. This house stands at the road junction of Lower Street and Helliars Lane where the lane to the church goes off (to the right in this image). Corner cottage originally built in 16th century. Possible priest hole located in inglenook fireplace. Well preserved fireplace (almost identical to that of the priest's house in Muchelney) located in the second reception room.
