A five-car DE set (71 leading) with five MPD cars, forming a return Sunday School excursion from Portrush, approaching the level crossing at Coleraine station. Two other features of interest are the tamping and lining machines stabled in the stub of the harbour branch Image (left) and Pickering’s chimney (upper left) now demolished and replaced by something more modern Image (September 2010).
