Cornwood Footpath 26, close to the northern edge of Headon China Clay Works, and descending to meet the tributary of the Piall river that emerges from the works in the deciduous woodland. In the distance are the coniferous Quick and Newpark Woods, with Rook Wood on the slopes of Penn Moor.
