The building is a commercial property available from Taunton Deane Borough Council at a yearly rent of £60,000. Located on the SE side of Taunton railway station, it was formerly part of a freight depot, most of which has been demolished. The mound on the right is part of an 80 metre long section formerly occupied by a now-demolished building.
