I first saw this delightful building from the rear http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3116581 and was intrigued to know what it might be. After doing some research I realised that I would have to go back to photograph the front. The pavilion/club house dates from 1809 (the date stone is a modern restoration) and is a fine example of the then fashionable idea of gothic. Listed Grade II.
