Cardiff Magistrates' Court is on the corner of Moira Terrace and Fitzalan Place. The mural on the wall is a traditional depictionof "Lady Justice". She is blindfolded to signify her impartiality. She holds a sword in her right hand and carries the scales of justice in her left hand.
