The Sessions House, a kind of local magistrates court, is the centre building in this photo. Built in 1841, it is grade 2 listed (list entry number 1330336). Next to it is the Ring o' Bells pub Image which surprisingly is not listed, though obviously older. The reason for the police car parked outside is given in the commentary on Image
