Ca. 1905. An astonishing blend of Scottish baronial with renaissance details (although some say it looks likes it's made of Lego bricks). Once one of the most important buildings in town, but now, alas, disused whilst the Post Office has relocated to the basement of a newsagents in the St Nicholas shopping arcade.
