Standing at a right angle to road south of St Nicholas, this was once a substantial farmstead. Following the conversion of the outbuildings, which were arranged in a linear fashion adjoining the main house, there are now 5 dwellings here. The name means 'Court of the Woods, or wooden court, place'.
