The Willow Tree Inn on Church Street is very close to another public house, the Commercial Inn. In recent years these two premises have struggled to remain viable and both have been closed, on and off, for months at a time. Other public houses in Pilsley are the Image and the Image The building whose roof can be seen on the left of the picture is the Image GP's surgery.
