Built ca. 1905. All the typical features: corner turret, cupola, false balconies, pinnacles, (giant) Dutch gable... This was probably an "executive" office block overlooking the harbour when built, but Market Street is now very run down. Can the Union Square shopping complex (visible to the right) revive its fortunes?
