Two of Leicester's 1960s/1970s biggies. St George's Tower has been turned blue and given the now customary random bright-coloured-spot treatment in its conversion from unused offices to a Premier Inn Hotel, while Elizabeth House, flats, looks, by contrast, naked as the day it was born in its concrete skin. Don't be misled by this photo: the 269-foot SGT is almost 120 feet higher than EH.
