View NE at level-crossing of A10 north of Ely: ex-GER Ely etc. - March etc. main line. The line is still very much alive but the station had been closed from 13/6/60 (goods 13/7/64). The signalbox remained into the 90s, overseeing the controlled crossing on a major trunk road.
