Located on Railway Quay and built by the LBSCR when developing Newhaven's port facilities in 1885. It remained in use as part of the neighbouring Marine Workshops until relatively recently but is now boarded up awaiting redevelopment. Plans had been submitted to rejuvenate the quay but these were shelved in May 2012 in favour of another on a green field site nearby. The building is listed.
