Most visitors to the Mull will pass this gap in the hedge without a thought. The Mull School closed over 40 years ago, and its 10 pupils transferred to Drummore. It is lived in today by an ex-pupil. The village telephone box is well-maintained, but appearances are deceptive as it no longer has an instrument. The trusty geo-bike is still invaluable on such outings.
