A new retaining wall by the former Waverley Railway Line in Galashiels

The concrete retaining wall on the left was constructed during road works for the final phase of the Galashiels Inner Relief Road scheme at Ladhope Vale. It was built in preparation for the reintroduction of the Borders Railway Line.
