A very popular town centre public house located at the junction of Foundry Street and Lombard Street. A Grade II listed building, it dates from the early 19th century and was probably originally two separate houses. The decorations were in connection with the Diamond Jubilee of H.M. Queen Elizabeth II. The back fronts onto the Staffs & Worcs Canal:- Image Image
