A view from goalpost to goalpost across the rugby pitch in the NW side of the park. The Rugby Union laws specify that: The distance between the two posts (width of the crossbar) is 5.6 metres. The crossbar is placed between the two posts so that its top edge is 3.0 metres from the ground. The minimum height of the posts is 3.4 metres. There is no maximum height specified.
