This is a recreation of the following 1965 picture from the Frith collection: http://www.francisfrith.com/search/wales/dyfed/llanelli/photos/llanelli_L73097.htm Seemingly little has changed - the junction has been modernised and a few buildings to the left appear to have been demolished. The large tree in the church yard has been felled and other trees have grown.
