Allseed (Radiola linoides) is quite rare in this part of the world it is more common in the west country. It is found on sandy or damp acid soils. Rare plants such as this are one of the reasons Image is protected as an SSSI it is managed by managed by the Friends of Tiptree Heath http://www.tiptreeheath.co.uk/ and the Essex Wildlife Trust http://www.essexwt.org.uk/visitor_centres__nature_reserves/tiptree_heath/
