The Pottagh Bridge near Castlerock

The Pottagh Bridge carries the Belfast (right) – Londonderry railway across the Pottagh Burn Image The bridge is due to be replaced as part of a major scheme which also includes the relaying of the track between Coleraine/Castlerock and Eglinton/Londonderry. The line was due to close from today until April 2013 during which time substitute buses will operate. The train is a Castlerock – Portrush steam-hauled special.
