Former Seamen's Mission

Built in 1881,it provided accommodation to sailors while in the city. The higher floors provided better accommodation to higher ranks such as captains.The parapet has the inscribed names of famous seafarers. The names on the parapet above the entrance are Admirals Wood and Duncan. The property was also known as Unicorn House and has now been converted into residential properties.
