The Tarka Trail cycle path http://www.devon.gov.uk/tarkatrail/ is partly laid on the trackbed of the now dismantled London and South Western Railway line to Bideford. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bideford_railway_station This is one of several fine bridges in Bideford.
