The Henry Tudor mansion on Wyle Cop, Shrewsbury

The timber framed building here is where Henry Tudor stayed before the Battle of Bosworth. It dated to the 1430's based on dendrochronology of the timbers, and would have been the sort of placean important person may lodge in by 1485.
