This bridge over Stratford High Street takes users of the Greenway over the main road without having to stop the traffic at the pedestrian crossing. It was obviously constructed ready for the Olympics as large numbers were expected to walk from West Ham interchange to the stadium via the Greenway. At this point five weeks before the Games, it was substantially complete but not yet in use. I do not know whether it is intended to remain as a permanent structure.
