The building on the right is Beauly Fire Station. This station opened in 2008, replacing a metal shed which was used previously. Like many fire stations across the highlands and islands, it is staffed by retained firefighters. On the left is the former Beauly Police Station. This closed last year, the nearest police station is now at Muir of Ord.
