Taken in 1963.The car outside the pub is a Ford either Consul, Zephyr or Zodiac. Hammonds ales, Lockwood Brewery closed 1963. The buildings are soot covered from the burning of coal fires. The overhead wires are electricity power cables. The van in the background is possibly a Morris.
