This road has automatic barriers which only allow entry to certain vehicles, I saw two buses as I walked along the road, pedestrians and cycles are also welcomed. Various "dotted" roads and even roundabouts are shown on the map to the left of the fence but they are only in a planners mind, the whole open space is in the area of the Toyota engine plant and the fence has built in security systems.
