The production in rehearsal is La Périchole by Jacques Offenbach. Garsington Opera began life at Garsington Manor, near Oxford, where the productions often felt as though they were part of the gardens. That spirit lives on after the move to Wormsley in 2011 - the sides of the pavilion are clear and the trees and gardens clearly visible.
