Sign on railway bridge over Northumberland Road

This sign is located on the inside wall of the railway bridge which crosses Northumberland Road. Sheilfield Terrace is crossed by a different span but, judging by this sign is treat as the same bridge for Network Rail purposes. The sign gives the bridges identifying code (ECM7-191) and location and a number to call should a problem arise with the bridge.
