Peacehaven Wastewater Treatment Works

Built as part of a large scheme to improve the sewage system in Brighton by running a pipe along the coast from Black Rock to this area of former downland next to Peacehaven. The works itself have been built into the ground and covered with a turf roof in order to blend into the landscape. Work is still ongoing with this part yet to return to normal though the poppies don't seem to mind.
