The view of the chain fence in Mary Macarthur Park, Cradley Heath. In the background the 10ft steel artwork created by sculptor Luke Perry from Stourbridge. The artwork and Park commemorates the 1910 female chainmakers' dispute in which 800 women went on strike for a national minimum wage.
