Montfichet Road is a newly constructed road linking the top of Warton Road with Westfield Stratford City and is situated in the new postal district of E20. The two blocks of flats on the left are Dennison Point with Lund Point just behind it to the right, both built in 1968. Next comes the much taller Athena Building on the corner of High Street and Warton Road, a commercial and residential block whose construction is near completion. Icona Point stands on the far right.
