B.J.B. Windows are glazing contractors. They have been at these premises since about 2000. The building has also been known as Parkmead, and 4 Willey Green Cottages and was built in or shortly before 1861. The single storey extensions were probably built later. A postcard of around 1912/13, taken from the opposite direction, shows the property including the extension on the Guildford Road side. At that time it was used by a Walter Rolph as a butcher's shop, but a few years later it became a general store. Over the subsequent years it had many other uses. The house two doors to its left, was also a shop, when the postcard was issued. The shop-keeper was Edward Cranstone. Later it seems to have been a second hand shop, but was converted to residential use by about 1990.
