Confusingly, the central building appears to be a cinema, but it actually the front of Brondesbury Medical Centre at 275-279 Kilburn High Road. The entrance to the medical centre is on the left, below the 3 dark blue arrows, which are pointing towards the Tricycle Cinema and Theatre http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2844051 at the left edge of the view. On the right is Just 4 Nails, professional nail care and supplies at number 285.
