The completed “MAC” (Metropolitan Arts Centre) opened in April 2012. This is the small frontage (middle) facing Exchange Street West (Exchange Street on the Google map). The building is much bigger than the photograph suggests. It stretches back to Exchange Street. Work started in March 2010 Image St Anne’s Cathedral http://www.geograph.org.uk/snippet/4769 is behind the railings on the left.
