An inscription high up on this 19th-century Stone Street pub shows the name SARACENS HEAD AND FREEMASONS' ARMS. Later it was known as the Saracens Head. Its current name, shown in the title, dates from 2009. Grade II listed in April 1976 (as the Saracens Head Public House).
