The bus is part of the Olympic Torch Activation Convoy, about 7 minutes ahead of the Flame Convoy. It is travelling along Lower Dock Street towards the George Street junction. Samsung is a sponsor (officially a Worldwide Olympic Partner) of the 2012 Olympics.
