The entrance is on Blenheim Crescent on the right, and according to the notice outside the car park appear to still be owned by the local council. The Yantlet Creek is opposite Southend on the Isle of Grain in Kent, and the London Stone monument there marks the tidal limit of the rights of the City of London, which meets Leigh on Sea on the other side of the Thames.
