At the end of Westmoreland Road (B228), which comes down at the right from the centre of Bromley. The photographer is standing at the end of Pickhurst Lane, which is the B251, and which continues as Hayes Lane, centre left, towards Beckenham. The fourth road here, diametrically opposite Westmoreland Road, is unclassified, and runs southwest towards Hayes station.
