Thatched cottage in Great Abington

A thatched cottage, known as "Old Forge", on the High Street near to Linton Road. The irregular roof-line indicates alterations and additions at various periods in its history. It is listed by English Heritage as having early and late sixteenth-century origins, with a series of rebuildings and additions up to the nineteenth-century, and even some 20th century replacements.
