After many years virtually empty, the lake in Lydiard Park, near Swindon, has been fully restored to its original 18th Century proportions. The work was completed during the summer of 2006, and is part of a group of major projects at Lydiard Park funded by the Heritage Lottery plus other local and national sponsors.
