The present address of these houses is Riverway. But the fading sign on the near corner gives their original name: Ceylon Place. The row, built in 1801, is listed grade 2 (List Entry Number 1386006) as "the earliest surviving residential development on the East Greenwich Peninsula ... a rare survival of late Georgian artisanal housing".
