Regent Grove is a confined space for the sewer replacement works shortly to be undertaken — about the width of the carriageway in the foreground. Regent Grove has been regenerated in recent years: only two derelict properties remain to be redeveloped, left of centre. It remains to be seen whether the greater number of commercial uses introduced will really thrive.
