At Spurgeon's Bridge, West Croydon, this 20 storey housing development has seen no work since November 2009. Perhaps, one day, it will be finished. Meanwhile graffiti artists have had a field day. Other youngsters have thrown out rubbish into the road below, resulting in major disruption, with roads closed and a police helicopter in attendance.
