C17 or earlier with C19 and C20 alterations. Colourwashed and rendered, probably cob and stone rubble; thatched roof, hipped at ends with a catslide to the rear where the outshut is roofed with bitumen-painted slate and corrugated asbestos; 2 axial stacks, 1 rear lateral stack at junction with outshut.
